I’m Jan Michael, an experienced yoga teacher (RYT-500) and yoga therapist. For nearly a decade, I’ve guided people toward steadiness and freedom of movement, helping them reconnect with their bodies through compassionate, evidence-informed practice. My approach blends the science of therapeutic yoga with a deep respect for each person’s unique movement patterns.
When you work with me, you’re welcomed into a calm, supportive space where mindful movement creates meaningful change. Together, we explore motion, breath, and awareness to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more confident—one steady step at a time.
Private yoga therapy sessions are offered online via Zoom, allowing you to practice safely from home with personalized guidance and support.
