Better Balance & Stability with Steady Steps® 

Steady Steps® is an empowering yoga workshop created to help individuals of all ages and abilities prevent falls by enhancing their balance and stability. Our small classes are tailored to meet the specific needs of each participant, enabling them to build strength and flexibility. Through the transformative practice of yoga, participants can learn to move with greater ease, boost their confidence, and significantly improve their balance, all contributing to lowering the risk of falls.

Our Zoom classes are led by a certified yoga instructor with 9 years of teaching experience, ensuring each participant receives personalized support.

Jan Michael is an experienced yoga teacher (RYT-500) and  yoga therapist (2025) who helps people move with balance, stability, and confidence. Through her classes, workshops Jan guides students to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate ease, and discover the joy of mindful, intentional movement — one step at a time.
