Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Restorative yoga is a restful practice focused on relaxation and healing, using props and gentle poses to support the body and release tension. This calming approach balances stress and restores inner peace.

Yoga Nidra, or 'yogic sleep,' is a guided meditation bringing the mind to a state between waking and sleep, promoting deep relaxation and releasing mental and physical tension. Together, these practices encourage renewal, helping the body and mind unwind and recover.
